Melvin was Missionary in the Inner-City of Chicago for 12 years working with young adults and underprivileged children. In 1998 he moved to Clearwater , FL with his wife and two beautiful daughters and entered the world of Corporate Training. Melvin was eventually introduced to Real Estate investing and the Millionaire Mindset. With the guidance of a Mentor, since 2001, Melvin was able to successfully buy and sell Real Estate in the Tampa and Fort Myers markets as an Investor.

Through the motivation of a book called "Rich Dad-Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki, Melvin became a successful Public Speaker and International Trainer for Rich Dad Education , teaching thousands of students how to get started in Real Estate investing. As a licensed
