Licensed since 2007, Hermann Wiehls left the position of operations manager for a national retail chain to pursue a career in Real Estate, regardless of the fact that it was a time when most Realtors were leaving the field due to the housing crisis. Specializing in foreclosures before they became popular, Hermann continued to serve the South Florida market for a decade. He then transitioned into the commercial field in order to continue learning and growing. Hermann’s passion for Real Estate stems from the opportunity to work alongside buyers, sellers and investors, in an honest and straightforward manner, which has gained him the trust of his clientele. After relocating to the Tampa Bay area in 2019, Hermann is continuing to do what he loves.
