Ryan Cronauer

Ryan has always had an affinity for beautiful weather. Born in Southern California, he moved to Pennsylvania as a small child and anxiously anticipated a return to the sun the entire time. Upon graduating Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, he quickly found his way to Sunny St. Pete and has no plans of leaving. Ryan is outgoing and genuinely loves meeting new people and sharing life experiences. Analytical at heart, Ryan is very much an investor friendly agent. He invests in real estate himself and fully understands how to look at a property from a “numbers” perspective. He also has understanding and compassion for the emotional aspects of real estate when it comes to personal residencies. In either situation, he takes the time to learn about his client’s wants and needs, works with them to establish the appropriate plan, and executes as promised! In his free time, Ryan loves spending time on the water whenever possible, frequenting local markets, and supporting small businesses in the area!
